Windows 7 Enterprise upgrade in dual boot

I have a computer that I dual boot.I want to do an upgrade from Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 7 Enterprise.My other operating system is Windows 8.1 64 bit.If I do the upgrade from Windows 7,will it be okay?
I don't want Enterprise to be in my Windows 8 partition.

Why do you want to upgrade to Enterprise ? There`s no reason to. Do you have a legitimate Enterprise key ?

As long as you install it on the Ultimate partition, you`ll be fine.

I found the problem for me,at least.I had Windows 7 Ultimate with SP1,while the Enterprise DVD is without SP1.But thank you AddRAM for your reply.
