The CBS log shows that the attempt to install SP1 is being halted by a mass of 'file not found' errors.
Both SFC and CheckSUR logs are clear.
I suspect that either a repair install or a clean install will be required
I would support the idea of consulting with the others in the IT department, since there is likely to be no way to recover the Key from the existing install.

I already tried a repair but had no luck. I was hoping to avoid a clean install but it looks like that is my best option. I appreciate your assistance.
