Your WMC recordings are saved to the drive you selected as "recorded TV".

If you haven't changed the default which is "C", move them before you do a reinstall.

In the future, make a backup image.

I keep all my recordings on a different drive - don't want my C drive taking up space.

What is the purpose of the tuner card ?

What program do you use to watch videos ?

I had 2 atsc tuner cards, everything was great.
I installed a third card, update had to update itself to retrieve the drivers.
The card failed to work properly. The other 2 cards still worked.
I removed the third tuner card.
The computer now shows TV and videos all jerky, stops and starts on second intervals.

I tried system restore point, it failed with error.

So I now am doing all updates.
If that does niot works maybe run combo fix
if that does not work delete windows.

Well you know what, If I figure out how to fix it, I will post back later. But if no one else wants to help, then don't bother with snarky comments? And if you dont like this thread, then report it and have it deleted.
Shoot delete my whole account while your at it.

Well, I have another option if you`d like to hear it.

But may I ask, if everything was great, why another tuner card ?

And why 3 cards in 1 PC ?
