Welcome to Seven Forums.
Go to BIOS and set your CD/DVD to boot first.
Or you can try F2 when you restart and the first screen comes up, it should list the F-key to use on that screen somewhere for the boot menu, Sony should be F2. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number 76~1.4 OS Windows 7 Ult x64 - SP1/ Windows 8 CP x64 CPU Intel Core i5-750 3.84GHz Motherboard Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD4P, SATA 6Gb/s USB 3, f14 Memory 8GB (2X4GB) DDR3 1600 Corsair Vengeance CL8 1.5v Graphics Card XFX HD 5770 1GB DDR5 Sound Card Realtek HD Audio ALC889 Integrated Chip Monitor(s) Displays 22" LCD Dell Screen Resolution 1680x1050 Keyboard Logitech Wave Mouse CM Sentinel PSU Corsair HX650W Case Cooler Master Storm Scout Cooling Corsair H80 2x12cm Noctua NF P12 , 2x14cm case fans Hard Drives Intel X25 M 120GB SSD,

Many manufacturers also give you a shortcut to enter just the boot menu portion of your BIOS... usually F11 or F12. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Homebrew PC - "Alpha_Dawg" OS Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit Steve Ballmer Signature Edition CPU Intel Core 2 Quad - Q9550 - 2.83GHz stock - OC'd to 3.6GHz Motherboard Gigabyte EP45-UD3P Memory 4GB DDR2 800MHz (PC6400) OCZ Reaper Graphics Card Nvidia GE Force 8800 GTS Sound Card Asus Xonar DX Monitor(s) Displays Samsung SyncMaster 2333HD Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 Keyboard MS Natural Wireless KB Mouse MS Wireless Mouse PSU PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750 Case Gigabyte 3D Aurora Cooling Case is Air - 5ea. 120mm fans (mix of Arctic and Xigmatec) Hard Drives WD Caviar Black 750GB - 7200RPM - 32MB cache

It's F2 according to this list.
(Link broken)
Comes from a good source. Quote: To boot from the Windows media you'll need to insert the Windows disk into your DVD drive and restart the computer.
To get to the boot menu you'll have to press a certain key as the system first starts to boot.
