Can't do a factory reset after reinstalling windows 7 pro

I really need help on this. I can't seem to fine a solution anywhere
My hp probook 4530s came with windows 7 pro and i had it upgraded to windows 8 pro( i have the disk) then i downgraded back to windows 7 pro using the installation disk that came in with the laptop.
After the reinstall i downloaded the internet driver so i could go online and start doing the windows updates.
But after the reinstall, updates and such, i found that there's nothing on my laptop, like the softwares that should came in with my laptop like the very first time i use my laptop. So i thought of doing a factory reset.

Here's the problem, i know for my laptop to do a factory reset is by pressing F11 on start up but when i do so, it asked me to put an windows installation disk with an error code (see below)
I have the HP_RECOVERY(E: HP_TOOLS(F: and SYSTEM (D: files.
I have the windows installation disk and a Application and Drivers Recovery DVD that came in with my laptop.

Please help me, i've been trying to fix this for a few days now.

ps: on the disk management it says that i'm still missing a few drivers, but i can't go on the HP download page for some reason so i can't get the drivers that is missing.

Here's the message after pressing F11 on start up:
Boot Manager:
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware of software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1.Insert your Windows installation disc and restart the computer.
2.Choose your language settings, and then click "Next".
3.Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Status: 0xc000000f

Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

unfortunately; this sounds to me like something may have corrupted the boot manager when you tried to downgrade to windows 7. If you have the windows 7 disk; i would try running it off the windows disk and doing a repair. Also; you might want to refer to the following link which will give more in depth detail on how to troubleshoot this:

I would start over and do a perfect Clean Reinstall Windows 7.

Be sure to read the Special Note for HP Owners at the end so you know how to handle the existing partitions. I would test to see if the onboard hardware Diagnostics runs at boot from the ESC menu and if so leave the Tools partition only. Delete all others and create a new partition(s) for your install in the space, format and install there.

Be sure to put your network adapter driver in the backup so if it isn't provided during install you can install it to get online to do all of our Updates. Most drivers will be delivered via Windows Update as well as important patches.

You said you have a Drivers and Applications disk to you might be able to browse on it to install the network LAN driver, and to obtain any software you really want although most of the factory bloatware is crap that should be avoided.

Feel free to ask back any questions after reading over the steps which if you stick with them will assure you get and keep a perfect install.
