If you cannot start Recovery over from the hotkey or disks, then do a Clean Reinstall Windows 7.

It discusses how to obtain Installation Media in Step 1.

For eMachines you would delete all partitions during the booted install.

You are no problem at all. We will stick with you until you have a perfect install if you will see to it that you follow all the steps in Clean Reinstall Windows 7

Where did you get the ISO file and how is it burned to the DVD? Refer to Step 1 in Clean Reinstall Windows 7.

You must boot the disk by restarting the PC, tapping the key for Boot Menu which on eMachines is F10, then choosing the DVD drive to boot the disk, Press Any key when prompted.

Follow the blue link tutorial exactly and you'll have a perfect install.
