installed Windows 7 Pro Now missing WiFi Driver, and maybe other thing

I installed Windows 7 Professional 64 bit and now I seem to be missing my WiFi drive. Maybe there are other drivers missing; not sure yet. Does anyone know where I can get a driver for a ThinkPad T430 with Windows 7 Professional 64 bit?

Also, the screen looks pretty weird. I think I'll need a new video driver. I looked at some things online, but didn't see anything that looked right. If anyone here knows of a link where I can search for drivers for a ThinkPad 430, please do let me know.

Thanks everyone!

ThinkPad 430--is that a Lenovo item?

Have you tried the support area of the Lenovo website?

Everything that's needed to avoid these problems as well as get and keep a perfect Clean Reinstall Windows 7
is in the blue link tutorial. If your attempt varies too much you might want to do it over.

Once you import the wireless driver be sure to Enable hardware auto-updating via Windows Update (Steps 3 and 6) then check for Updates, install all Important and Optional, with reboots, until no more are offered when you check again.

This delivers most drivers including your display driver, as well as important patches needed to make hardware, OS and programs run correctly.

Let us know how it goes.
