    The system can't load up

Hello, I have a problem with sony vaio laptop and basically the operating system by going to the topic, it was on Windows 8.1 had to do it at the same time change the format and Windows 7, at the beginning of everything installed correctly after an expensive reboot, windows did not want to have upload farther reaches only to "Starting Windows" I might add that, as it restarts I can choose between: safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with comand prompt and start windows normally and at the top it says "Windows Error Recover" PS this model: svf152a29m

Make sure you followed all the preparatory steps in Downgrade Windows 8 to Windows 7.

Then follow these steps to be sure you have a perfect Clean Reinstall Windows 7.

You will achieve and maintain a perfect install of Win7 to the exact extent you stick with the steps, tools and methods in Clean Reinstall Windows 7 which has been used by 1.3+ million consumers without a single complaint.

You can use that Repair link to try repairs, although they may work better from the disk's System Recovery Options.

If you had an install you want to try to save because it was done as well as the one in Clean Reinstall Windows 7, then work through these steps that cover everything possible for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start.

Sorry, I don't have "repair your computer" options there, Should I buy new hard drive? I tried everything with negative results

Your picture shows you have the Repair link. What happens when you click it? Do you have a disk to boot to access more stable System Recovery Options ?

Does following Step 3 in tutorial to determine if your hard drive is detected in BIOS prove that your hard drive is not detected or defective? What are the results of Step 3 in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start
