Hello gang help with 2nd 3tb Seagate spinner needed

So I'm upping my spinners from 1tb's to mostly 2 & 3tb drives. This is my 2nd Seagate 3tb Barracuda HDD and I'm unable to extend the partition for a full 3tb drive as my first Seagate shown is.....any help would be greatly appreciated !

Change the 3TB drive from MBR to GPT. Maximum size of a partition in MBR is 2.2GB.

Music (full files) and new Canon 20mp are forcing the capacity card. I can see a 4tb and larger in my future in a couple of years !

I need most of the external disk space for images (for 8 systems). But my largest disks are only 1TB - and that has been enough up to now. I do regular clean-ups.
