Automate userpasswords2

Is there a way to automate the process of "control userpasswords2" > uncheck "Users Must Enter..." > and specific the local account and its password (see attached)? Ideal solution would be something called from a batch file.

Hi,

Windows scripts cannot interact with GUI elements, however, you may use a batch file to manipulate registry values to achieve your task.
