How was the USB stick prepared? For Legacy BIOS use Windows 7 USB-DVD Download Tool
but for UEFI BIOS' you must use Option One from UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows and then boot the stick as a UEFI device.

Otherwise follow these steps to Troubleshoot Windows 7 Installation Failures - Windows 7 Help Forums

Thank you very much. I used Rufus to create a UEFI bootable usb stick and it worked fine!
