    Why is it that Ultimate shipped with that PC? Should normally be Home Premium.

    You can reinstall either 32 or 64 bit with each key. Use 32 bit for 3 GB or less RAM.

    Wrong. Home Premium is the exact same OS as Ultimate with just a few extra expensive features unlocked in the higher version. Which of these features did you need causing you to pay $200+ more than the free OS that came with your PC?

    I would reinstall the OS that came with the PC unless you actually own a copy of Ultimate and need the few extra expensive features that come with it.

    I need the expensive features thats why I installed it but I do have a key for it

    Could you post a website where you got the Ultimate COA key or could you tell us how you got the key?
