    Windows 7 installing problems

Hello, i have a big problem with my windows installation, the problem is, my little brother had a new computer and downloaded mass of malwares, viruses, and i cant get rid of them... (Anyprotect, Crossbrowser, Gamesdesktop, they are always reinstall themself, which is really annoying...) I ask your help, because i couldn't reinstall the windows, cause when i boot (my comp offers me 3 booting options, AHCI P0, AHCI P1, UEFI) my keyboard isn't working for some reason (yes, i enabled the Legacy USB Support), if you can help me how to get rid of the "viruses" or reinstall the windows please help. Thank you!

here are the options I would consider:

    1. system restore (provided you have a restore point)
    2. run your antivirus and make sure all the virus files are dedeted
