Alright, can you list exactly what I need to do? I don't wanna accidentally miss any steps and get my computer even more messed up. Thank you very much!
Nope. All I have is the Windows 7 32-bit Repair Disc ISO file that I was told to download by Avast.
Okay, I redownloaded it. Should I try burning the Windows 7 32-bit Repair Disc ISO file using that again?
EDIT: When I double click the ISO file, Power2Go opens up. I guess that's what is set as the default burner.
You need a program to burn an ISO file and from what I see that doesn't do that.
Please download and install The Official ImgBurn Website this to the lappy and burn the recovery ISO file with ImgBurn after it's installed.
Yes, I've already done that. I installed ImgBurn twice. I don't have the "recovery" ISO file though. All I have is the Windows 7 32-bit Repair Disc ISO file, which I already have burned to a CD using ImgBurn just an hour ago or so. Where can I get the "recovery" ISO file? Thanks.
You used ImgBurn to create a disk of the file from here and it doesn't repair your Windows 7?
