I think a starting place to solve your problem would be to buy a legal Microsoft DVD and COA key and not use on from a Pirate web site. (tpb) The Pirate Bay

I am not sure because it worked for 10 years with this one.Can someone tell me is it hardware or software problem ?
Once you own a legal Windows 7 install dvd and key we will be more then happy to help you.
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit - Operating Systems - Newegg.com
And if the drive is 10 years old purchase a new SSD to install windows on :)
SSD 850 EVO 2.5" SATA III 250GB | Samsung Solid State Drives
But i tested other HDD and the problem was still there, so it's not the HDD. I'll try something with hiren's boot.
I tried that with 4-5 different discs and bootable USB-s.
I have done something with hiren's boot and now I'll try installing win 7.
