In the BIOS, is Secure Boot disabled? If it isn't, disable it.
Also in the BIOS, is Legacy Mode disabled? If it isn't, disable it.
Is USB 3.0 mode in the bios (if present) set to Auto, Enabled or Disabled? If it is set to Enabled, change it to Auto
Is your drive GPT-partitioned, or MBR? Are the ISOs x64 or x86?

I can't find Secure boot or Legacy mode...I don't have USB 3.0, drive is GPT-partitioned and the ISO-s are x86 because of my PCs architecture

Do you know how to enter the BIOS? If you can, take a picture (obviously not with Print Screen as it does not work in BIOS) of all the tabs in the BIOS, and if you can see any boot options within a tab then take a photo of that too.
Are the ISOs original or 'Arrrrrrr'?

Is there anything on the hard drive you want to keep? If so, back it up now. Once that's done or there is nothing, start the install again, only this time delete all partition the the hard drive until there is nothing left by unallocated space. Then simply click Next and let the installer setup and format the drive as it wants or needs.

Or follow these instructiuons: Convert GPT Disk to MBR Disk

Posting a link to your exact motherboard model and completely filling out your specs would really help us to help you :)

The best thing to do is set your bios back to defaults by hitting F5, then save and exit, hit F10.

Next create a Partition Wizard Boot CD. Boot from the PW Boot CD to delete the drive to unallocated space, then create a Primary Partition, align, set Active and Format the partition.

Then try to install windows again.

    Let us know what happens.

I am not sure for my specs because that PC is old, about 10 years of using.I know this: CPU is some AMD Athlon II and it's dual core 2,9 GHz, 4GB of DDR 2 RAM memory, Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT with 2GB of GPU RAM, Maxtore HDD 500 GB, and that's it. I have this picture of my motherboard, and hope it helps :) And I will say it again, it freezes at exact same place while loading system.
