Hi misc,

Unfortunately, I do not speak Russian or is that Bulgarian(?) so I cannot see the problem,
but the most common fix is:
  1. Open Windows Update. From Start menu, type "Windows Update," or open Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Update.
  2. Click "Check for Updates" on the left.
  3. Install all Important Updates and reboot.
  4. Please repeat Steps 1-3 until all Important Updates are installed.
Cheers
Boris
