I wish there was a better way to help people identify Win7 cons. Even with Win10, many are still haggling for Win7 (probably with the intention of upgrading to Win10 also) and end up with illegal copies/product keys. The first red flag for me is unbelievabably cheap price since OEM Win7 normally retails for $140-$150.

Yes, I saw Pro retails at $140 at NewEgg but I guess it's more expensive here (SEA, Philippines) at $150 from reputable stores due to import costs.
