Set he bios to defaults F5, try again.

Booting from the dvd or usb is not the same as installing from your dvd/usb.

Your test on your laptop is great, but it doesn`t prove the installer is OK.

    I`d create a new one.

Free ISO Burner at no faster the x4 speed

where did the iso file come from, download a new one.

actually, i already used both the cd and usb to reformat 3 different PC last night so i am quite positive that the the problem isn't the cd or the usb i even try to install windows 7 in my virtual machine using the USB and it worked just fine

    This isn't adding up.
If you installed all those Windows 7 with the proper COA keys you should have a Microsoft DVD for Windows 7 somewhere. Just use one of them. They won't be corrupted and should work just fine.

So then it`s the machine you`re trying to install on.

    Keep fiddling with the bios.
