Windows 7 Installation Error 0x80070037

Hello,

I've been trying to install Windows 7 on my computer but haven't been able to. I formatted the HDD using the installation and tried installing Windows on both a partition and unallocated space.

Nothing has worked for me and it always throws this error:

"Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all the files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x80070037"

Trying to install with Bootable USB.

Help!

The iso file or dvd that you extracted and burned to the usb stick are corrupted.

Download a fresh iso file and burn/place the files on the 4 GB usb stick using Rufus or Wintobootic.

WiNToBootic bootable usb drive windows vista/7/8 - Bootable USB | Bootable USB

My advice, if possible use a dvd, it`s soo much easier.

Microsoft DigitalRiver Mirror

Free ISO Burner

Burn the iso file to dvd at no more then x4 speed (Important)

I've used 4 ISOs already, can't be that. I'm using Windows 7 USB Utility. Don't have DVD drive.

Since you say your ISO's are good then are you sure the USB Stick (flash drive) is in perfect working order ?

Also if there has been an operating system on that HDD before it may well pay to do a full format on it, I know if you use the Aomei Partition Assistant bootable ISO you can select to "wipe" the HDD and specify how many passes to make 1 is usually enough... I find the Aomei one to be much quicker than the others... if you do this it will ensure absolutely no old data is left on the HDD that could be interfering with the install.

Another thing worth doing is to blow into your USB port in case there is dust in it ! I seen this cause some random problems at times... or even try a different USB port, I found on some laptops at times doing an install will only work successfully from a certain port, as for why that is I do not know it might be the difference between USB2 and USB3 though I doubt it.
