Downgrade From Win7 Issues

First of all, thank you for all your threads ( every now and then i had a problem, i took a peek inside the site, and in most of the cases found my problems fixed here).

A friend of mine brought a netbook to me a couple of months ago, running windows XP. He wanted to upgrade the machine, so i installed on it Windows 7 ( clean fresh install, not upgrade). everything worked fine, untill he ordered some automotive diagnosis cable, and the software came for Windows xp. Now, i know that it could work just fine in windows 7 too, but there are some files with an " how to"and there are for windows xp.

Anyway, from a to b, the point is... I have tried all possibilities of installing back a fresh copy of Windows Xp SP3, but could not finish it under no circumstance.

The machine i talk about is an Acer Aspire One 250, and inside bios i have AHCI/IDE option for hard drive. Even though i managed to get all SATA drivers for it, and incorporated them to the iso image using nLite software, then burning the image to a pen drive, i cannot pass the "Press enter to install".
Sometimes i get different errors like : no eula found, or , no windows nt was found.

I managed to take out the Hard drive, put it inside my laptop ( i thought i had a faulty copy of windows xp). But when i launched it from my laptop it went like a charm ( the installation). I put the hard drive back ( with win xp installed) into the Acer, but whenever i switch it on, it comes to Windows logo, then a bluescreen flashes for about half a second, and it keeps looping over and over..

I have tried with both AHCI and IDE options to run the installation, but no luck.

I have fully formatted the hard drive before the installation begin on my laptop, so that is already taken care of.

I cannot see what the error is on the bluescreen because it goes to fast.
Although i cannot run safe mode at all. it stucks at Mup.sys the restart to the point where i can choose between all safe modes and run windows ( wich goes to the blue screen again.)

Hope i managed to say everything, if you guys have more questions, i will answer them.

I created using Rufus ( two different versions of it).
On my other laptop it works excellent so i dont think its a burning suftware issue..any other options?

Might sound silly but is the flash USB3?, if so wont work needs tobe usb2.

Might be right.
But, i used to boot windows 7 installation file on the acer and continue flawless untill finished. The problema are only with win xp..

What if i could take the windows with all acers drivers integrated inside, install the windows onto a diff laptop and then move back the hdd to the acer. Could that work?

Does anybody knows how could i put this off?..
