OK, it looks like there are not any windows 7 network adaptor drivers on the M/B disk

I've done some hunting around and found this on the chip manufacturer's site

Realtek

The second entry on Windows should be the driver installer for your system, be aware that the Realtek site is well known for extremely slow downloads at times so don't worry if it seems to take a long time.

Once you have this network driver loaded we still have the issue of how to connect to the Plus-net Router, so I would probably advise you look into a wireless USB dongle which should allow you to connect to the router without having to run a long cable from the router to the system.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Upgraded-Auk...1200+usb&psc=1 is an example of the sort of thing you need, this is one that is compatible with your PlusNet Router, but is also compatible with your Netgear router and will get the best out of it should you decide to use that in the future. Other devices are available both on-line and on the high street but I do think that wireless is the way to go in your situation

[Upgraded]Aukey AC600 Wireless USB Wifi Adapter, Dual Band (5Ghz + 2.4Ghz), Support 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n network, supports windows, Linux (kernel 2.4 and 2.6 series) and MAC: Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories is an example of the sort of thing you need, this is one that is compatible with your PlusNet Router, but is also compatible with your Netgear router and will get the best out of it should you decide to use that in the future. Try this, should work in W10 or W7

Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums

If you have issues in actually getting the image files onto Win 10 for uploading, you could use a USB stick, save them to the stick from win7 and then upload them from the stick in Win10 (sounds crazy but due to the way a USB stick works differently from a hard drive it's a usable work around )

Edit

Just seen the pics, looks like the driver is not loaded correctly/not compatible, if you try the driver installer on the Realtek site I posted earlier that should hopefully work

iv downloaded those Realtek drivers will try installing them on 7 . The software I used to burn the Windows 7 disc YUMI wont install on 10 now , will have to find something else to burn USBs . I bought some USBs too , but with my Admin rights being f** ked up on 10 I cant run the software . Time to get the rope out . Do you think if I download a different version of Windows 7 it would make any difference.

For USB creation, (burning) you can't beat Rufus which is totally free

https://rufus.akeo.ie/

Download the exe file to desktop and just run and follow prompts

I'm starting to wonder if it may be best to try and re-install windows 10 and get that working properly before we try any more on the windows 7 - without the admin rights on windows 10 you are not going to be able to create the tools and driver installers you need for windows 7

This tutorial on our sister site will allow you to install a fresh copy of Win10 over your current system

Windows 10 - Clean Install - Windows 10 Forums

when you come to the location page on the installer be ultra careful to choose the correct partition / drive - the one containing your damaged win 10 install - the installer may actually offer to update this old install and this option may actually be all you need to get your Win 10 working correctly but it may need to got the other route, remove the existing copy and re-start from there

the system should see the Digital Entitlement that you are running on now but you can also use the existing win7 key if needed.

the issue is that you will need to actually create the USB installer which cannot be achieved on the broken Win10 or the Win7 that is not internet enabled. The only way I can think of is to either go to an internet Cafe, library, (or friend or family member), to create the usb's needed, (this applies to the drivers installer for win7 or the installer for Win10 )
