How do I delete the system partition from windows 10 dualboot

As you can see in the screenshot, I have one drive with three partitions.
I want to remove a system partition (D:) that contains a windows 10 enterprise demo that has expired,

and merge it with E:, which is my data partition.

But Windows Disk Management wont let me use the delete function (greyed out). I suppose it's because it's marked as "Active" and "System", so my MBR is on there, right?

I already removed the Windows 10 start menu entry in msconfig.

So how do I do this?

Ok I figured it out. I had to set the C: Partition active in the Disk Management and then use a system repair cd to run the system repair tools. It then writes the new MBR to C: and I was finally able to delete D: in the Disk Management.

All done.
