.Log text files on root of "C" drive

After installing Nvidia drivers, Realtek drivers, and JMicron E-sata drivers, I now have .log text files on the root of my "C" drive. Are these accessed next time I update the driver or can I get rid of them? I can't seem to find anything about these. I know they are there for a reason but I like things to be tidy. Thanks

    Hey Nate

They are probably from the current upgrade. You can cinfirm it by opening one of them woth notepad and see if it is giving things like success, fail, etc. Or if it is giving you rev numbers.

To be safe move them to a different folder and reboot. Any grief put them back none and recyle them

This is what they are, the last one is a Realtek HD audio one. It's longer so I didn't snip it.

I will try what you suggested. Thanks

Well, I put them in a different folder, rebooted and have internet, sound, and the other one was a RAID "configurer" I am not running RAID at the moment, so I will keep them in that folder for a while, maybe until next time I set up a RAID array....then recycle them. Thanks
