    AFTER reboot when INSTALLING Win10 it ROLLSBACK to previous OS

    After downloading and Installing windows 10 upgrade via Windows 10 Upgrade Assistant, I clicked reboot then after reboot nothings happens. It only reboots then starting up as usual. Btw, I'm using windows 8. But when I installed it on my win7 PC, it installed. I already downloaded it twice but nothing happens, my internet is nearly being capped. How can I install it? And where does the downloaded win10 goes? Please help! Thanks!

    You can clean install Windows 10, then just use your Windows 7 key to activate.

    Backup all your data 1st.

Installing Win7 on a Win10 computer

I'm going to have to buy a new computer. It already has Win10 installed. I have the purchased Win7 install disk. Can I install Win7 on the new one and use it (Win7) as the primary boot program? And if so, how should I go about it?
I have a Dell inspiron 580 i3 64 bit and may order a Del xps 8900, both are desktops.
