This is a risky operation as you're going do clean all the HDD, and as I wrote before, it may fail as Win 7 can't be installed on some new laptops that came with win 10. If you fail to install win 7, you have to boot from the recovery media you've created and restore to factory default (win 10), so it's important to be sure that the recovery media is working.

This is what I would do:
- Boot from the recovery media to see if it is working. You may have to enter your BIOS, and on Boot tab, set the disk priority to the media you created (DVD or USB)
- Reboot.
- Enter your BIOS and on Boot tab, disable Fast boot and enable Lunch CSM and save.
- Boot your Win 7 installation on UEFI mode, go to install, custom, advanced, delete all partitions, create a new one (Win will create 3 partitions) and proceed.
