No Signal After Installation Boot [Tryed Solving]

What Ive Tried:
Disabling Integrated.
Switching DVI Ports on Video Card.
Removing all devices from unit.
Running in VGA mode.
Running in safe mode - impossible because if i try it says you must use normal mode to finish up the installation.
Flashing BIOS

And many varibles!

I just get "no signal" on my monitor.
I'm guess somehow it is still trying to switch to my integrated.

The OS is 100% their checking in WinXp.
I get as far as the starting windows with the logo animation, then no signal!

Please help!
