    What version do you have ... Upgrade..Full...OEM???... Home Premium, Pro, Ultimate?? Have you tried formatting your drive during the install process...

    Exactly the same way you installed it in the first place.

    I assume you mean product key, not product ID.

    If you have lost your product key - you can find it with the free version of SIW:

    D/L the Standalone - second down on the left.

    Rt click it, Properties>Unblock>Apply>OK.

    Rt click and Run as admin.

    Click Licenses in the Left pane.

My first install of Windows 7 was the update version. Now I'm having freezing up issues and want to do a fresh install. So my first thought was to format the hard drive, but it say that it has too big of volume. How do i get around that and do a fresh install? Any help is welcomed.
