Desktop PC wont upgrade from Vista to Win7 32-bit

    ok its fully installed and I have it in low reselution mode and I need to figure out how to fix this now.

    I downloaded the latest Win7 driver for my video card but after I installed it the screen turned into the windows 7 logo background and wouldnt do anything so I had to restart back into low res mode. what should I do?

    well I needed the windows7 driver for my graphics card which is a bitch to do in safe mode but i figured it out.
