You may not have bogus keys.
You said you tried one using Anytime Upgrade?
I'm not sure you can insert a key in Anytime Upgrade that isn't bought off that MS website. Anytime Upgrade unlocks higher version features and isn't a typical retail install or Upgrade. SIW2 confirms this earlier:
Pick up the 7 .iso, delete the ei.cfg file [in Sources], then "save as", give it whatever name you like before the .iso extension, e.g. AllEdition.iso
Otherwise, put the 7 dvd in the drive, rt click , select Copy , rt click the desktop, select paste.
After the files are copied, delete ei.cfg.
Then make those files into an .iso and burn to dvd.
