Turns off during booting after install

I just put my new PC together today. I installed Windows 7 ok, went to restart, and about 10 seconds after the Windows logo comes up, it all turns off.

Components are...
MB: GB P55A-UD4P
CPU: i5-750
RAM: Kingston DDR3-2000 4GB
GPU: GB GTX260 OC
PSU: Enermax Infiniti 650w
1 HDD

Adjust your bios as follows:

Set the Plug and Play OS to yes.

Look up the timings and Vdimm of your RAM on the manufacturer's page. Set bios accordingly.

I am not sure about the P&P OS setting, but I set the RAM to XMP, and I am getting further than what I was Your a legend!

Also, Kingston is the best RAM vendor for tech support. They help set, test and troubleshoot RAM and replace it if any question. Call them for anything.
