    Home basic

    hi there,

i've just bought a new notebook with Windows 7 home basic in Russia. I'm not a russian so this is quite a troublesome problem to me. Everything is in Russian. I've heard abt the Multilingual User Interface ( MUI ) which if i install , i can change the language interface into English one. Can anyone tell me if there is MUI for home basic? i've downloaded the Windows 7 RTC MUI and i couldn't use. i'm a comp idiot. not knowing that there's so many types of windows 7 available.

    please help me!

    thanks!!

Nope NUI is for ultimate only. sorry. you would be better off buying win 7 ultimate upgrade and re-install.

    Sorry about that
