Windows 7: Deleted Items while Installing 7

Last night I decided to buy and install Windows 7. It seems to be working pretty well. One thing that I am baffled by, is when I tried to install 7, I was told to remove Web Drive and Intel PROSET/Wireless or risk having problems. Are these 2 systems vital to my computer and how can I re-install them?

I would set a System Restore point before reinstalling them and add them one at a time to see how they work.

You can find them wherever you got them in the first place, or on your manufacturer's Support Downloads page, their own website Downloads, or by Googling the proper name.

Windows Updates may find the driver for them as soon as they are detected, or browse online for them from their listing in the Device Manager.
