PLEASE HELP!!! I have spent over 10 hours trying

    FYI, re-reading the thread the only mistake I notice is found here:

    I should have noticed you missed a space before the /f

    Sometime in the near future, I'd run a chkdsk /f to be confident of your file system after all of that.

    I couldn't find a solved button, so I reported the post as solved to a moderator.

    I hope my experience can help others who have the misfortune of having this error pop up.
