how to install with no dvd no flash?

    how to install with no dvd no flash?


    i want to install win7 to vhd, so i need to start install at boot , how can i install win7 from hard disk?? i dont have a dvd and no flash above 2gb.

    Whats wrong with the 3gb flash drive or are you installing the x64?

    no i meant i dont have a flash drive over 2 gb

    I installed win7 from my vista 64 install by using daemon tools to mount the ISO then pointed to my spare partition in the win7 prompt eh voila

    If you can extract the iso you also should be able to click on setup.exe in XP or Vista and point to where you want to install. I've done that once or twice from Vista.
