problem with windows 7 and dual boot

Hi I had Windows 7 on Drive C orignally 32 bit When I bought this computer but then I isntalled 64 bit on Drive D

But now i don't want the 32 Bit and its always asking me if i want to boot to Either.
I want to completly Get red of the 32 Bit Not just Hide it.

I Tried to format it from Drive C but its not allowing me saying i don't have the premission.

Is their a way to completly format drive C so I can Install 64 bit version on C and format D?

i want to only run 1 windows and other system files removed from every where.

If you have a 64 bit DVD, just install as a clean install and choose format under advanced options.

EDIT You must boot from the DVD

I did mine with the DVD, beginning to end 35 minutes. The problem is putting all the programs back. Make sure to use windows easy transfer. Everything is transferred except programs; desktop favorites mail cookies etc.

If you want to remove the 32 bit and recover that space into your 64 bit installation, please post back a screenshot of full Disk Management map, using Snipping tool in Start Menu, attaching file using paper clip in reply box.
