If you upgraded you can no longer use Vista. It is illegal. If you are using the term upgraded incorrectly and you had a full retail Win 7, DVD, then you can reuse the Vista OS>

That is the way I feel about my Windows 95 and 98 disks I still have. I just hate to throw them away. You just never know when you might...................

I feel the same with my year old Vista, just sitting in the closet, but then I think of the money I saved getting the upgrade/clean install DVD.

You are on the honor system.

As far as we know MS does not disable the key, or there wouldn't be all these Dual Boots.

But def not allowed under the EULA.

What in world could Vista possibly have to offer you? It's pretty much a nightmare OS.
