I disconnected usb hdd, remove 2GB RAM, remove wireless headset usb stick... but unfortenately I have got wireless keyboard. I can not use wired keyboard. (Is it the problem?!?!) I tried clean install, but nothing changed.

It is the screen what I see:

The media what I used is OK. I tried this media on VMware, and I could install windows 7...
    Hi

    YES.

Never use wireless keyboards & mouse when installing windows.
Hmm, I always install with a wireless keyboard. Never had any problems. Try to manually activate the system: Activate Windows 7 Online
I haven't had any problems with installing using wireless keyboard and mouse.
    Just my 2 cents
