Raid 5 Concerns

I am running a HP A6750F that I purchase a year ago with Vista 64bit. I have installed a Highpoint RocketRaid 26401 running a Raid 5 with 3 TB drives. My question is those that may have experience going from Vista64 to Windows 7 x 64 with a RAID Controller in play. Are there any issues with the Raid Controller not being seen or the array getting corrupt. I should add the RAID will not be the boot drive / partition. The RAID is purely for storage of music and video. My concern is mainly I don't have 2 TB of space to backup of my data.

Thanks for any guidance.

Concerns with gaming and 2 monitors
I know using 2 monitors while gaming will lower my FPS, I am wondering if I just go into the AMD Control Center and "disable desktop" will my graphics card be less strained and put me back to regular FPS? Or do I have to unplug it from the computer. Thanks, Andrew.

Any concerns with Mini-ITX?
