SIW2 is there a way to do this with PW?
Yes that is an inelegant workround.

If he applies that - all the data on Backup will be moved to the left.

He could then convert to Primary.

Then resize Backup D from the left ( meaning all the data will be moved right again).

In this case, luckily there is very little data to move around.

Should be fine with only 25gb data - I wouldn't try it with a lot of data.

Might be better Applying each operation one at a time - safer than queuing them.

There is an inelegant workaround you can try with PW:

Rt click the Backup drive select Modify>Set as Primary >Apply.

Rt click the free space (PW will show it as grey square and call it unallocated) select create - create a partition of all the space - select Primary. Apply.

Now Rt click the (empty ) Primary (NOT the backup partition ) and select Delete . Apply

to confusing for a 14 year OLD LOL

Mitch, go ahead and select Convert to Primary for backup. click OK

Now right click Backup>Resize to slide left border to the right to make Backup 30gb exactly. click OK. Wait to apply.

Post back screenshot showing full map plus the full Apply list.

Unfortunately, the unallocated space in the virtual screenshot says Logical next to it.

Did you include convert to primary as an earlier step? Yes., I see you did .

Might be that PW is just not showing it properly on Virtual map.
