View solutions to problems found by typing problems in start search box.
You can also proactively start a search on the internet by Googling the device name + Windows 7. Find the manufacturer's website and look for Windows 7 drivers or software. Ot look got newer software/driver on your computer manufacturer's Support Downloads page for your model.
Uninstall the software in Control Panel and see if it can run with just driver. Most audio can run with driver and doesn't need a software package besides.
