Windows 7: Win7 ultimate - how many time can i activate key?

That would be perfectly fine. You would just need to remove the first version in compliance with the EULA.



Unless, of course, you buy the OEM version. The upgrade and retail versions can be move around.

That's great, so as long as only 1 windows is activated then it's gonna work just fine, all I have to do is remove the copy from the old rig.

The basic rule is one key on one machine at a time, unless it is an OEM copy, which does seem to be applicable in your situation.
