Windows 7: Mandatory "Local Profile"

Mandatory "Local Profile"

Does anyone know if it possible in Windows 7 to create a Mandatory Local Profile? Most articles I have read refer to saving to a mandatory profile location that is on a network server. Is this step necessary? I have a Windows 7 laptop that will not be going on our domain and need to create a mandatory profile for all users...

Any help would be really appreciated.

Thanks in advance
