I went ahead with the 32 bit following the direction I received here and everything worked perfectly. How often has THAT happened. This forum is just wonderful!! A REAL time saver!!

Did you do the in-place Upgrade from RC, or a clean install?
How is performance so far?
Jim - Glad the in-place of RC worked so well for you. This is one of the big surprises with Win7 release.
Check the video card connections, and all drivers for Vista and Win7 (including beta) listed on manufacturer's Support Downloads page for your model. You can roll back drivers on the Driver tab in Device Manager Display adapter, all installed drivers are stored in the Update Driver button there, selecting Browse and then Let Me Choose.
This is a laptop. If I pop in the old drive with Vista, the video is fine. With Win7, tho, it drops out now and then. I will keep looking for a newer driver since alot of these Intel graphics cards were put in laptops.
