can't install ultimate 64 bit on RAID 0
i'm trying to install windows 7 ultimate 64 bit on a 300GB RAID 0 disk (2 x 160GB SATAII) but i'm running into an issue.
i get to the screen that lists the available hard drives for windows 7 to be installed on and it lists my 300GB RAID disk, and i'm able to format it, but it doesn't create the system partition that normally gets created during this process.
when i try to click next to proceed, the following message appears below the list of available drives and i can't go any further:
any ideas on what would cause this issue and how i can fix it?Setup was unable to create a new system partition or locate an existing system partition. See the Setup log files for more information.
