    Making bootable DVD

Does anyone know how one can make a bootable DVD? I have tried to search in the forum, but couldn't really find anything (on my own).

    Kindly direct me. Thanks.

I think this info might be needed: I'll be using PowerISO software to burn.

What are you starting with? I'm guessing an ISO file?

Use this to burn the ISO to a DVD.

Windows 7 has a built in program for ISO's. It's called Windows Disk Image Burner. Just right click on the ISO and choose open with > Windows Disk Image Burner

Thanks for that. It's in process. Hm, so when it's done, will I be able to install Windows from my this ISO file? If so, can I install windows on partition C (the one with current system on)?

Here is a guide how to make a bootable flash drive - even better than CD (I think).

Yes you will be able to install it. And you should be able to install it on the same partition, but if you have a deeper issue than making an ISO maybe you should consider posting about it in the appropriate forum.

Another thing that I should have added is that you should check the verify box before burning. Some have found this helpful and if you have a problem with the DVD i would do it over, making sure you check the box.
