Also, my next door neighbor dvd burner does not work. Is there anything i can do? I thought i could go into command promt by pressing shift f10 but it dont work. Some how i believe if i can set the windows 7 C drive active, , it will boot up again, bu tthe screen is at a stand still all i have the option to do is keep rebooting.
