Setting up a separate user account

How would I go about setting up a user or guest account so that the person using it can't see or access anything in the admin account?

i.e. when that person logs on they would only have access to their own files and not see anything else.

thanks

Here's a couple tutorials that might help you out,

You can check the related links at the top of those to see if those help as well.
