Youv'e been given detailed steps already - if you can't follow that, then you need to find someone who can do that for you.

When i press shift+F1O than i write DISKPART LIST DISK SEL DIS 0 Than windows starting and show blue screan.

You must hit Enter after each of those commands. The spacing also must be exact.

I type this commend properly with space but why blue and i can not find EEI in pc BIOS setup.

Then skip the commands and just follow the videos I posted for you to boot the DVD and install Win7.
