There is already a tutorial on that Karl.

Make bootable iso from student d/l

There is another - can't recall the exact title - something like make an installation disc the way MS do, or words to that effect - Shawn will know what it's called and where it is.

I remember that one as well, but I can't seem to find it either.

I've extracted the Microsoft boot image for those of you who don't own a bootable DVD. This is the image that the DVD actually boots from. If you have failed in your attempts to make a bootable ISO image, you can simply add this image to the data files, burn it with your favorite burning software, and your good to go. I've used this image about a hundred times, and it always works.

If anyone needs the boot image archived in a different format, just PM me and I'll be happy to convert it to your prefferable extension.

I can give you an empty windows 7 bootable iso.

You just have to open this iso with UltraIso or PowerIso, copy your files in the iso, save and burn
This works, I've tested it!

The almost empty iso is just 4kb (rarred) or 544kb.
I just left the autorun.inf in the ISO
Top notch!
Cheers for sharing

I'd like to know how I am able to make a bootable DVD outta these files so I can easily clean install a new Windows 7.

Somebody told me I have to download ANOTHER TWO GIGABYTES as a 3rd party program in order to do that!!!! Since my internet connection is badly slow I didn't even listen to what he said!!!

Is there a way I can get rid of this problem? I am unbelievably eager to experience the ALL-NEW Windows 7. Please assist me to do that.

I appreciate your help.
